    • The contracts will only come into existence in accordance with the clause number 4. Our online price calculator gives only a rough estimate of the prices & the original prices may vary. The original price will always be mentioned in the complete order form & you will be notified via your email address. Any quotation given by us via email is inclusive of VAT & will be valid for the next 12 hours (unless stated otherwise).

    • The calculations of the prices is based on the details provided by you in the order form. You will be charged for any type of extra work that is not listed on the order form but required to complete the order. Here, answers provided by you in the order form will always get the preference. Note that, any kind of additional remarks entered by you in the document may not get the same preference as the answers to the questions

    • The confirmation letter of the acceptance of the order would include the details of the purchase & the delivery date

    • You agree on not contacting your writer directly & the company will act as the channel between you & the writer

    • These terms & conditions are subject to change from time to time

    • When we receive the payment either in full or in pre-agreed installment plan, we will notify your writer & the writer shall start work immediately

    • The right to cancel the order will be lost by the customer once the payment has been accepted by us under the Regulation 10 of Consumer protection (under the Distance Selling Regulation 2000). It is due to the understanding that the writer has already started working.

    • The works are prepared according to your specification for your personal purposes. That’s why complete works are non-refundable

    • In case of installment plan, a customer agrees to pay the full amount through the course of the order when he pays the first installment

    • If the company owes the customer any money then it would be reimbursed within 30 days & not more than that

    • The information provided by the customer has to be authentic & timely. In case of any delay the deadline will be postponed & upon receiving the information, we will notify your writer & he will set the revised deadline

    • The customer has to provide all relevant assignment criteria, learning outcomes & the supporting documents. The customer has to pay extra in case of any additional work required to meet the criteria & it is highly likely that his deadline will be postponed. The customer is also suggested to remove all kinds of personal details otherwise the company won’t be responsible for any kind of information passed from the customer to the writer.

    • The customer is responsible for providing all kinds of necessary materials, seminar notes, and module handbook to the writer to assist him in producing the best possible work. The writer won’t have any responsibility if the customer fails to provide them

    • When the works are delivered in parts the customer may be asked if he is satisfied with the writer’s work & would like him to continue or not. It is done to get the confirmation that the customer is happy & doesn’t require any amendments to that work. Any amendments required by the customer beyond that date is subject to extra charge.

    • All necessary steps will be taken to make sure that the deadline is maintained. In case if it is not possible then the customer will be contacted via email & informed. A compensation may be agreed in that case. If the whole work cannot be delivered at once, it will be delivered in installments.

    • Once the customer agrees to extend the deadline, he cannot ask for refund or compensation due to failed or delayed delivery

    • If the company is prevented from performing its liabilities then it won’t be responsible for any kind of additional costs or losses incurred by the customers.

    • By taking our services the customer agrees that he will provide the company with sufficient time between the deadline & the submission date for any changes to the work to take place.

    • Amendments are changes to the work requested by the customer

    • If the requirements of the customer is not met by the work done by the writer then company will take necessary steps so that the writer makes the necessary changes

    • Amendment requests are free during the free amendment period. This period is decided previously & starts from the day the order is mailed to the customer. Amendment requests outside this period is chargeable. The customer must also understand that the writer may not be available beyond that free amendment period.

    • Failing to contact us within the free amendment period would mean that the work meets all the requirements of the customer

    • The writer is responsible for only one set of free amendments so the customer is advised to review the work in full & specify the requirements clearly. Amendment requests can only be placed through email or via the amendment request form available in our website

    • If the amendment request placed by the customer is beyond the scope of the company then the writer may set his fees for making the changes depending on his availability.
      • 1.Our Quality Control team decides whether an amendment request is beyond the scope of the company or not & in any case, their decision is considered to be final

    • The writer is unable to make free amendments based on personal liking of the customer

    • The customer has to review the amendments within 12 hours (1 day for dissertations). If the customer informs us about any problems about those amendments beyond that period then the writer may charge fee. This is again subject to the writer’s availability

    • You have 12 hours to review any amended work (24 hours for Dissertations). If you come back to us after this 12 hours period (24 hours for Dissertations) to advise that the amendments have not been completed correctly your writer may charge an additional fee to complete these amendments dependent on their availability.

    • As part of our improvement program, we may bring changes to our Website at any time without any prior notice.

    • We do not intentionally display the links of other internet websites on our website. So visitors and users are advised not to visit any such websites. As we don’t have any control over those websites, we won’t be liable for any damages that might occur after visiting them.

    • Though we try our best to make sure that our works are always of best quality but we cannot guarantee your mark. Your marks depend on a lot of other things & that’s why we cannot be held responsible for what happens after you submit the work under your own name

    • Our company policy is to protect the confidentiality of the customers but we won’t be responsible for any information you send us with the contents. That’s why the customers are advised to remove any personal data while sending any kind of documents

    • The customer has 90 days to raise a complaint from the date of sending the latest version of work

    • If the customer faces any dissatisfaction, the customer has to apply using our complaints form which is available on our website. We will contact you within 28 days from the date of receiving the complaint

    • Our Quality Control Department is responsible for looking into the issues related to the complaints. Any decision made by them is considered to be final

    • Our writers are highly qualified but they did not attend your classes, seminars or workshops. So they will only work with whatever information you can provide them with. As a result, our writers will never be responsible if the work fails to maintain the desired standard. this is especially applicable if:
      • 1. The customer has made any specific requests
      • 2.The instruction provided by the customer is incomplete
      • 3.The instructions provided are ambiguous

    • Credit notes have monetary value & if awarded then cannot be refunded

    • We hold the copyright of the work as long as the payment is not cleared by the customer. You may not submit the work or parts of it done by us under your own name before that

    • It is the customer who has to make sure if the delivered work is what he had ordered. We won’t be liable if he fails to recognize any deviation from the expected standard.

    • The decision to use our services is made by the customer & neither we nor our writers will be liable if it is against the rules or regulations of the customer’s institution.

    • Once the customer submits the work in his own name, the customer loses every right under this contract

    • Neither we nor our writers are responsible for the grades or marks you get because it is something that depends on many factors beyond our control

    • We own all the intellectual property displayed on our website & included in the works produced by us

    • In case of any fraud made by the customer, the contract will be immediately terminated

    • We will not publish or resell copies of any work purchased from us unless –
      • 1. The customer has reclaimed the payment
      • 2. Payment is either refunded or not paid in full
      • 3. The customer need to understand that the materials & documents will be used by us in any way necessary to complete the task
    • The customer is bound to indemnify us against any claims, damages or fees incurred by us due to his or her use of our website or services.

    • The company won’t be liable for–:
      • 1. Any kind of loss of profits, returns, chances, opportunities, goodwill, information, money etc. sustained by the customer
      • 2. The total amount of liability of the company is subject to the price paid for the services & to be decided based on that
    • If anytime our terms & conditions are found out to be voidable by the laws or regulations then necessary adjustments shall be made to bring it under the jurisdiction of the law
    • These terms are not applicable to any third parties & in the case of third parties the Rights of Third Parties Act, 1999 will be followed.
    • In case of any dispute arising regarding the terms, the customer will first engage in conversation with us in good faith before going for legal measures
    • Neither we nor our writers will be responsible for any issues which is beyond our control like – strikes by employees, communication interruption due to technical problems, illness of our writers etc. The customer need to understand that in case of events like these the deadline for delivery may be delayed
