Personal time management and possible improvements

To do every task perfectly in time and by maintaining time and for this, time management is important for every person to maintain every activity of their daily life. Time management helps every person to do every activity on time. By doing every work or activity in time that will ensure the skills of time management ability. This time management skills benefitted the person to do the activities of the company in time and this time management improves the demand for the person in the market (Blair, 2017). Every person doesn’t follow the same strategies, every person follows and maintains time management strategies as their wish and they follow these time management strategies to maintain and do work according to the time. The strategies that are following to make the effective time management strategies and these strategies are-

Starts the day early

To do effective time management, every person has to start their daily activities with a clear vision and the activities that have to be done. A person has to focus on the given assignment to be completed and for this, the person has to start the day with clear vision because in the tension-free mind the work will be conducted and understood more easily. This starts early to save time and reduce the waste of time and help the person to complete the task in less time. 

Audit of time

The audit of time helps us to know the different spending sectors of time. This time management finds each sector where the most time is spent and wasted. For this, different apps have been introduced such as Toggl, RescueTime, etc (Rivera, 2019).  

Setting the time limit for each task

The time limit is important for time management and by setting the time for each task to be completed. The person can be able to complete every task or daily activities properly. Otherwise, the person lagging behind in the work and he has to work more time because of not maintaining the time management for the work. It is helpful mostly to those people who are not completing the tasks on time.

Create a list of the tasks

This process creates the small parts of the task that have to be done and this process helps the person to know the important task of the projects or other work and this will help to complete the work by maintaining the list and giving priority to it that will help the person to maintain the effective time management.

Completing difficult tasks in the mornings

It is believed that our mind is refreshed and works more attentively and powerfully and also runs perfectly. That’s why many theorists say that the difficult work that has to be completed with fresh minds and this will be helpful for the person to complete with less consuming time because fresh minds work perfectly.

 Lessening disruptions 

Interruption or disruption of time is very much important to consider because the interruptions suffer a person much and this interruption in work cannot finish the work in time. In the ongoing task, if the person is doing other activities and spends leisure time this will disrupt the time management and make a bad effect on the time management strategies. So, reducing disruptions is important for completing the work on time and for working with time management.

Focusing on multitasking

Multitasking is very common in all people around the world. To do the task effectively with the required time, multitasking has to be removed because this multitasking diverts the mind of the person to somewhere and makes the person inattentive and drives him away from the task. (Aagaard, 2018) For removing multitasking, the time allotment has to be needed for the task, for meetings, for receiving calls, and for planning and analysis. 

Review the day

By reviewing the day, it will find the improvement or lack of daily activities. This review tells how effective the day is and the activities that are completed as the desire. This review tells the improvements or lacking in different activities and describes the time spent for each task. If the lacking are found from the review, the person has to work differently to overcome the lacking and if the improvements are seen the person will be motivated and ensure effective time management in doing the task of daily life. 

By maintaining the strategies for the time management, the person can improve his/her time management ability and this ability ensures the effective time management in all activities and this time management help the person to complete different work by maintaining the time and this ability helps a person to be a punctual and be effective work and it increases the value of a person in the market.

Appropriate communication methods using a variety of styles

Variety of communication methods

Different types of communication methods are available for communication. The communication is doing differently by different methods. Different communication methods are available but all of these are not appropriate or suitable for all purposes. These communication methods are-

From these different types of communication methods, written communication has been selected for communication and this written communication is widely used all over the country and all over the world. The written communication is a communication method that communicates with individuals or groups by the written and this written communication are conducted through the action of writing. These writings are shown differently by books, letters, blogs, etc. (Harris, 2019). This written communication is appropriate and effective for communication because it is justified and it has proper evidence and by this type of communication, one can have the evidence as proof of their communication. Written communication is conducted differently. The written communication is created and used differently and these are-

E-mail

E-mail is similar to the letter and as this type of letter is communicated through the use of the internet. Nowadays, every business activity the email is used and this email helps the business to send the desired person and reduce the cost and this email also reduces the chain of command.

Website

From the website the person can communicate with the other person and the business will be connected to the other and with the internal employees or staff and for maintaining them. This website helps a person to communicate with the person and this communication is completed by the written (Bryan, 2018). 

Social media

Social media is very effective for written communication and this communication is a very common example of written communication. Social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, IMO, Viber, YouTube, etc. are the main social media that are conducted by written communication (Bucher, 2018). All of these social media are created through communication with each other distanced and in near location through the way of written methods. 

Faxes and telegrams

Fax and telegrams are two of the best-written communication ways that are mostly used as a written communication way. Fax and telegrams help business activity to be easier. In recent times, the Faxes and Telegrams are widely used for written communication.

Letters and proposals

Letters are the written agreements of the speaking and these letters are creating written communication. These written agreements or letters are an indispensable part of our day to day life. The usage of letters cannot be described and these letters are a vibrant and effective example of written communications (Augustine and Parsons, 2018). Proposals such as research proposals, business proposals, and many other proposals are introduced by the business and the person. The written proposals help the individual to complete the written task and help to communicate effectively. 

Postcards and contracts

Written in the cards are called postcards and these postcards are the way of written communication. These postcards communicate with the other person through the use of written communication. The contracts with the other ensure the written communication because it is justified and proved and regarded as proof. These written contracts ensure an effective written communication way for communicating with the people or groups in the company. 

As a team working in the company organization, I have to communicate with all team members and this communication ensures effective work and gives us the strength to complete this perfectly. For this communication different ways are available but all are not suitable for every task. For removing the barriers in the team, I have taken different strategies for overcoming some barriers that have been facing in a time of team working. For business communication in the company or organization, written communication is very effective and it is helpful for the people for better communication between the employees and makes effective communication for everyone for better understanding. In this team working, my role is to overcome barriers in business communication and ensure effective communication between the team worker and the employee of the company or organization. Without an effective communication way, no business work or project cannot be successful because of not having the required information to it. This communication way helps to improve personal skills and experiences.

Communication methods appropriate for a PowerPoint Presentation

For appropriate communication in PowerPoint Presentation, Both Written and Verbal communication will be appropriate. The reason for using written communication methods is that it will communicate the written data to the intended audiences. The presenter will be present the information with verbal communication to the audiences also. 

Style of communication in presentation

The presentation will be using both graphical and verbal communication style in the presentation. 

Critical analysis 

Considering both positive and negative impacts and aspects of selected issues are known to be critical analysis (Vryonis and Shaw, 2013).

A reflective account, commenting on the work and personal performance

The reflective account means to observe the experiences or skills that are achieved and there a person observes the improvements and lacking in the experiences. The person evaluates the development and change of their experience and how they improve their situation (Sumsion, 2018). Reflection of personal experiences helps me to give knowledge about the improvements and lacking. This will be helpful for us to improve our lacking and evaluate the problem. 

I have been reviewed my personal reflective account and in this account, I have been finding some positive and negative impacts that influence the career mine. I focus mostly on the weakness and lacking that is found by the analysis. To reduce this weakness or lacking different strategies have been taken and I used the daily activity log to remove the condition. And the improvements in my career helps me to start the new day more enthusiastically. 

To gather knowledge and the experiences of my personal developments, I have been undertaken some activities for improving my skills and experiences for personal developments. At first, the SWOT analysis has been created and by this, I have been able to identify the strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats. And from the analysis, I have been focused on the weakness and threats that are creating positive impacts on personal developments. Developing CV is important for personal development and developing the CV, shows the skills and experiences that are important to be considered for evaluating the skills and experiences progress or no progress. The time management ability is one of the most important factors that create impacts on the personal. The proper time management helps the person to complete all the work and activities of the company or organizations. This time management creates positive impacts on personal developments and also helps me to achieve different skills and experiences. By conducting different types of works and activities, I have been able to gain different types of skills and achieve some experiences that improve personal development. The SWOT analysis helps me to find the strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats of me and developing CV give knowledge about the skills and work experiences and educational status. And time management is produced to assist the skills and experience because it ensures effective personal developments. By creating and focusing these, I have been identifying some problems and lacking that are not fully completed yet. This reflective account helps me to give the knowledge of the skills and experiences of mine and helps me by giving the considering the improvements or lacking in the work or activities because by completed it, it will improve our personal skills and experiences and also increase personal developments.  

 I have been going through different courses on improving personal development. In these courses, my performances are very good and satisfied. This course helps me by achieving different skills and these skills that I achieved from this course. I have also completed some other courses related to personal developments. I achieved how to communicate effectively through written communication and also learned different communication methods and styles. And also learned the team working and removing barriers. By undergoing different courses, I have achieved much skill and gain different experiences and knowledge that increase personal development. I achieved communication skills, problem-solving skills, Team working skills, leadership skills, etc. In personal development, I have been facing some problems and for overcoming these problems, I have been working hard. By the way, in these courses, I have given my best performances as I can and by accumulating different knowledge I applied these on it. All of the work that has been created for personal development and personal performance increase the power of personal development. My personal performance is very good for these courses by having some problems.

A person cannot know everything from the start and the person increase his/her knowledge by working and engaging with the different activities. A person gained different knowledge and experience by undertaken different activities or work. So, the person has to engage with the different activities or work to improve their skills and knowledge and as well as experiences and all of these ensures personal developments. This personal development is important for every individual for working in a good or reputed company. I have been developed my personal skills and experiences in a different way. At first, it finds it difficult and then it becomes easier to increase the knowledge and skills. I have been developed different skills in a different way and for achieving each skill, I have been tried so hard and improve my skills. These skills are achieved by engaging with different works or following others. For increasing skills, I prepare a logbook where I wrote the daily activities and the improvements. This book tells how the progress is. My abilities and experiences are related to business management and this ensures an effective personal account. The skills and experiences that I achieved are ensured the effective personal development. In these courses, I have increased some skills and also gained some knowledge and experiences in the personal and in the market, this personal development has a unique value. I found some abilities that are elated with the study of business management. These skills and experiences are important for the person for working in the business and for managing the business, I have been developed these skills and experiences. In this course, I found positive impacts on the personal account and this personal account is increased by gaining different knowledge and skills. The personal and objective accounts that consist of abilities and experiences are totally related to business management and without this, no business can’t be managed so easily. My findings and the studying of the business management are the same and that’s why this personal and objective account to help t increase the skills and experiences and helps to consider the improvement or progress or the work.
